Cheat Meal

These flapjacks are gluten free and sugar free!  and they are so delicious!

Recipe:

  1. 100g almond flour
  2. 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  3. 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
  4. 15ml milk
  5. 3 eggs
  6. coconut oil/butter for frying

First put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl, then whisk together the wet ingredients and pour into the dry ingredients. After the mixture is mixed properly and there are no lumps, leave it to settle for 5 minutes and then cook in the pan with oil/butter. You can flip the flapjacks over when you start to see bubbles on the top and they are golden brown underneath.
