Working on my favourite muscle, the glute My workout consisted of a warm up on the bicycle then squats, leg press,hamstring curls and shoulders.
- 40 kg warms up x 10
- 60 kg x 10
- 80 kg x 5
I did back squats on the smith machine, so it isn’t as hectic as free bar squats. I also did some explosive exercises by jump squatting 50 kg.
