Staying Motivated

Make a motivational wall 

I always have a motivational wall up in my room to keep me on track with my goals. When it gets old/boring for me I change it and add new things to it that inspire me wink Having a motivational wall that you see everyday will help you to stay inspired, this works because when you wake up you see it, and when you go to bed you see it again, so your mind is motivated as soon as you get up and when you go to bed. I find that starting the day and ending the day on a positive note is important to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle  I use we heart it to find quotes that I find inspiring, and magazines that have health and fitness columns. I make sure that my wall is colourful and loud so I don’t miss it
