Almond Biscuits

YUMMY Almond biscuits 

Recipe:
Ingredients

  • 2½ cup almond flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix together the almond flour, baking powder and unrefined sea salt.
  3. With a pastry cutter or fork, work in the butter and coconut oil until you have a crumbly mixture.
  4. Add eggs and honey and mix well to form dough.
  5. Spoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10/15 minutes
