We all have bad days, even bad months, and this year just was NOT my year! I lost all my fitness and progress i had made with my body image throughout the year, I was studying something that made me extremely unhappy and I lost the motivation to gym and discipline to eat healthy.
Since I stopped studying what was making me so Unhappy, I have gained some of my fitness back and I am much more motivated to improve on my body image and fitness! Surrounding yourself with people who support you and have the same goals as you is so important when you want to reach your goals! These people are the ones who must encourage you and motivate you so that you don’t lose sight of what is important to you. But most importantly YOU must have the discipline and dedication to live an extraordinary lifestyle to reach your goals The most important thing I learnt this year is that the people you surround yourself with is important, so make sure they are people who have your best interests at heart.
So yes, I am not where I want to be yet, but I have come very far since falling off the rails earlier in the year and my baby abs are starting to show again
Just keep moving forward and if you fail, START AGAIN!!
