Beetroot Juice after gym

Today’s workout was the killer cardio tens!

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 wall balls
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 Spider-Man abs

X 10 rounds 

To replenish my bodies natural sugars and rehydrate, I had a beetroot juice. The juice had beetroot, Apple, cucumber, celery and mint!
