For the past two days I have been doing a juice detox. This has been a test for my self-control and how far I’m willing to go to reach my goals!
This is the green juice for breakfast – it has celery, apple, cucumber and ginger in it. I won’t lie and say that it tastes really good, but the benefits are endless! It is a great idea to start your day off with an all green juice, as it will help ignite your metabolism and hydrate your body while getting all the necessary vitamins your body needs.
The next juice that I had straight after gym was a red juice – beetroot, apple, cucumber and lemon!
Since I wasn’t taking in a lot of energy throughout the two days, I just cycled for half an hour and did a light weight session. But now it’s back to business as usual and time to smash my workouts again!
