Make-up

As a girl who goes to gym everyday, I don’t wear a lot of make-up. My daily make-up routine consists of three/four items! indecision

  • Compact powder
  • Eyebrow pencil
  • Mascara
  • Concealer (If my skin has spots at the time)

Having clear skin is always a mission for me, and so I have to be really good when it comes to skin care. I do four things a week to make sure my skin stays clear, these are cleansing once/twice a day, scrubbing twice a week, moisturizing twice a day and masking once a week. I make sure I put cream on my face before I put anything else on, to make sure it is hydrated and that the pores of my skin will not cling onto any dirt that results in spots and blackheads.

Drinking water throughout the day is also important when you want to have clear skin, this helps to clear the system of any toxins that may be there and keeps the skin hydrated
