Throwback to the workout that was a killer! My big brother was home for the weekend, and he is a professional rugby player, so he pushed me to work harder than usual.
- 10 burpees
- 10 wall balls (squatting with a medicine ball and throwing it against the wall)
- 10 push-ups
- 10 spider-man abs (start from a push-up position, then bring your knee to your elbow – 10 each side)
x 10 rounds I was dead after that! But it felt great to be back
I do not look like a happy chappy, but I promise you an hour later I was full of endorphin’s
