Getting some sun

Sometimes it’s great to get out in the sun and do a workout   It is important to change up your workouts once in a while so that your body doesn’t get used to the same exercises! Training outside can be a good way to lighten up your mood, because your body soaks up some vitamin D, but don’t forget to protect your skin and put on sunscreen.

On the weekends, if I don’t go to the gym, I will either do a workout outside or go for a run on the road. Road running is also a good form of full-body training and has a very different affect on the body than running on the treadmill has. laugh
