While I’m at our beach house I can’t go to the gym. So I bought some gym equipment to keep there so I don’t miss a workout you don’t need a lot of equipment to have a good session, I used a kettle bell and medicine ball in this workout !
- 10 wall balls
- 10 kettle bell swings
- 10 spider man
X 10 rounds. You can add jump squats for cardio too.
