Pre-workout feelings

Some days you just feel like you don’t want to go to gym no everybody gets those days, but there is a difference between listening to your body and knowing when you are just being lazy! Sometimes when I just don’t want to workout, I have the best workout 

Sweat happy, sweat sad, sweat angry – it doesn’t matter what mood you’re in, just SWEAT. 9 out of 10 times you’ll thank yourself for pushing through your workout wink So when you feel like quitting, remember why you started.

Sometimes you just have to remind yourself what your goals are and stick to reaching them!
