Won’t quit till I’m fit!

Back to reality today with a proper workout 

I did tens (of course) and it was arm day  I finished my workout with a 2.4km run at incline 1.5%

  • 10 pull ups
  • 10 tricep dips
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 squat jumps

x 10 rounds
