Who loves the outdoors? I do 😀 whenever my gym closes early or I don’t feel like going all the way to gym to workout, I do gym outside. It’s a good idea to go outside and get some vitamin D every once in a while, especially if you are feeling down or have a lack of energy. I feel that going for a walk outside makes me feel 10 times better if I have a lack of motivation to do anything. 🙂
It’s also great to change the scenery of your workouts, so you don’t get bored, and so your body doesn’t get used to the same old workout everyday!
Again, if you are going for a run/walk or even doing a workout outside, don’t forget to protect your skin and put on sunscreen, and also keep a water bottle with you to stay hydrated!!
