My workout today left me with very wobbly legs! It’s safe to say that stairs are going to be a struggle for the rest of the day :’)
Since I was on a juice detox for the beginning of the week, I haven’t done my usual ‘tens’ workouts. So today was back to reality with a killer session.
- 10 tricep dips
- 10 push-ups
- 10 ball slams
- 10 squat jumps
x 10 sets 🙂 my quads were on FIRE!!! But it is a great full-body workout AND it’s a cardio burn-up!
I took this photo before the workout. I know I look really unhappy, but that’s not why I’m not smiling. I’m not smiling because I know that I’m about to die in the next half an hour :’)
But as usual I feel great and pumped with endorphin’s!
