Sunday Workout

This mornings workout was a short and sweet one 😛 I focused on my legs and arms in today’s workout with spinning, pelvic thrusts and bicep curls.

I love working on the glute 😛 it is my favourite muscle in my body! As they say: squat, because no one ever wrote a song about a small booty 😉
