Cardio burn up!

Focused on getting back into my running today 🙂 ran a 2.4km time trail today as a warm up for my workout.

Today’s workout:

  • Split squat jumps (jump lunges) 20 (10 each leg) x 3
  • Medicine ball squat and press (wall balls) 10 x 3
  • Push-ups 10 x 3
  • Spider-man abs 10 x 3
  • Weighted step ups 20 (10 each leg) x 3

I ended my workout off with a 10 minute cycle as a warm down 🙂
