My workout today absolutely KILLED me! I was so sweaty and red-faced afterwards 😛
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Wall balls
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Spider-man abs
x 10 sets! (a tens workout) I then ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes and walked at incline 10% for four minutes. That’s an OK workout right? 😉 Gotta do whatever it takes to reach your goals!
