Beach Running

I Ran 6km on the beach this morning to kickstart my day! 🙂 Running is one of the most effective ways to get fit, and it is the most raw form of exercise. I used to hate running because I was so unfit! When I ran to 1km on the treadmill, I would be gasping for air! Thinking back now, I realize how far I’ve come with my fitness level and I want to better it even more 🙂


Endurance is also a very good way to get fitter. I used to be able to run 2.4km time trails all the time , and I’d do it in a really fast time, but when I tried to run 5km it was a struggle!! So now instead of only running time trials, I also make sure I do endurance training 🙂
