Staying active on holiday can be a tough task, but you don’t need a gym or a lot of equipment to do a proper workout! I did the killer ten’s with just a kettle bell and a medicine ball 🙂
- 10 wall balls
- 10 kettle bell swings
- 10 push-ups
- 10 weighted burpees
x 10 rounds! I absolutely died!
