Back in action

As the holidays are coming to a close, it’s time to start getting back into my gym routine! Today I started it off with a 2.4km run and legs 🙂

I did 60kg free squats, leg extensions, hamstring curls, reverse lunges and glute kickbacks 😛 The most effective way to keep holiday “fat” off is to keep your diet reasonably normal and try and fit in a gym session in at least 3 times a week, even if it is doing yoga or going for a jog on the beach 🙂


I already miss the beach!! But all good things come to and end, time to get back on the grind 😀 So excited for things to come in 2016! Aaaaand it’s 3 days till Christmas!
