New Years Resolutions

2015 is coming to and end and it’s time to set those new goals for the year ahead! I am all for setting goals for yourself, but I am not for the whole “New year, new me” thing. It is a new year, but not a new you – just a better you with more experience. I believe that making a decision to better yourself and your health is always good, but making a decision based on a new year starting is not really the best reason. I feel that making the decision to have a happier year and leaving the negative people and mistakes you’ve made in the past is more important than making a new years resolution. Move on and be happy.

In 2016 I want to LIVE my life, be HAPPY, have ADVENTURES, LAUGH loudly and make new MEMORIES with the people I love. I don’t want to repeat 2015, this year has not been a good year for me. I can say that I have figured out my passion and what I really love to do. So may you all have a better 2016 than you did 2015. Cherish the good memories and let go of the bad. If you want to make the new years resolution to lose weight and be healthier, rather make that your lifestyle change, because you want to change your life forever and not just for 2016.
