Let’s talk supplements

I’m not really a big fan of taking a lot of supplements, but I know that many other people do take them, and have great results. So because I want to really work hard this year and reach my goal, I have decided to have an iso-whey protein shake after every gym session! Iso-whey is a protein shake that is pure whey protein that contains amino acids and bcaa’s to help speed up recovery and build muscle. I have also made a gym routine and meal plan that will help me optimize muscle building and burn fat 🙂 If you have any questions on which supplement brands I support or enjoy, leave a comment below 🙂
