Mont Rochelle

Living in the culinary capital of South Africa really does have its perks πŸ˜› Last night, I had the privilege of experiencing what The Country Kitchen at Mont Rochelle, in Franschhoek, has to offer πŸ™‚ The little restaurant is up on the hill over looking the town from the south-east side. The restaurant itself has an earthy, warm atmosphere, the walls have beautiful art on them, that are not the conventional kind, and well, you’d have to see it for yourself to grasp the beauty πŸ˜‰

Food is a large part of my family life, even though we have a healthy and fit lifestyle, we still enjoy the luxury of good food! Being able to experience some of the finest restaurants in the country is truly a privileged, and I do recommend anyone who visits Cape Town to make the trip to Franschhoek and try one of the restaurants out, you won’t be sorry!

And on another note, going out to a fancy restaurant is an excuse to dress up a bit πŸ˜‰ Every girl loves to dress up once in a while. I hope you all have a beautiful adventure this weekend! ❀
