What is my Blog about?

Hello Beautiful people ❤ Let me tell you about why I started my blog…

I started my fitness journey in 2012, and it was the best decision I have ever made 🙂 The main reason for me starting my blog, was because I hit a bump in the road with my studies and ultimately, my life. I was so unhappy, and my fitness and health took a toll because of this. I gained a huge amount of weight, was fatigued and tired all the time, and I didn’t want to spend any time with my friends! 😦 So when I decided to turn my life around, I stopped what I was studying and I focused on my fitness and health to get back on track, and here I am 😀

I decided that I wanted to share my journey and progress I’ve made with you all! My blog posts are centered around my health and fitness lifestyle. Health to me is not just a physical thing, it is how you feel as a whole- physically and mentally.

The main aspect of my blog is my workout routine. I do a variation of workouts during the week, these include doing weights, cardio and ‘The Tens’ workouts. The tens are a variation of 4 workouts, there are 4 exercises in each workout which I do 10 reps of each for 10 sets. That is why I call them The Killer Tens! If you do try one please let me know how you found them ! 🙂

The other posts that I will be focusing on are healthy recipes. I love food and baking, but I do not love the calories that come with it! So I’ve made it my mission to find and try healthy, but delicious recipes for the sweet tooth! Again, if you try any of these recipes out, please let me know how you found them! 😛
